Concept

Lumina is a low-density gated estate featuring only 69 private pool villas across approximately 17 Rai of land. The project focuses on privacy, space, and high-quality living. Each villa is a two-storey home with a private swimming pool, garden, and parking for 2–4 cars. Villa sizes range from 292 to 421 sqm, with layouts offering 3 to 6 bedrooms.

Infrastructure

At the heart of the project is a 3-storey clubhouse of approximately 2,000 sqm featuring resort-style facilities: infinity pool, fitness center, sauna and steam room, yoga and Pilates studio, café lounge, and on-site management office. The estate also includes additional shared pools, landscaped green areas, a children’s playground, and wide internal roads. The community is fully gated with 24/7 security, CCTV, and controlled access.
