The Orient Resort & Spa is a resort-style residential complex located in Jomtien, designed for comfortable living, holidays and rental investment. The project combines Asian-inspired architecture, landscaped surroundings and extensive resort amenities.

Concept

The Orient Resort & Spa consists of several eight-storey buildings and includes 526 apartments. The project offers studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 25 to 70 sq.m. The architecture combines contemporary solutions with colonial and Asian-inspired elements, while the buildings are arranged around a large central swimming pool surrounded by landscaped gardens. 

Infrastructure

The main highlight of the complex is a large tropical lagoon-style swimming pool with a jacuzzi and relaxation areas. Residents also have access to a fitness centre, sauna, steam room, spa area, restaurant and lounge spaces. The development provides parking, elevators, 24-hour security, CCTV surveillance and controlled access. 

Location

The Orient Resort & Spa is located in Jomtien, in the Soi Bun Kanchana area, close to Jomtien Second Road. Jomtien Beach is approximately 1.4 km away. The surrounding area offers convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, massage and spa facilities, local markets and other everyday amenities. Central Pattaya and Walking Street can be easily reached by car or local transport.
