Concept

VIVE Phuket is a gated community of 36 two-storey private villas developed by Land and Houses. The project occupies approximately 20 rai and offers two villa types — Vibe and Verve, both featuring four bedrooms. Villa sizes start from 374 sq.m., while land plots start from 110 sq.wah. Each villa features a private swimming pool, garden and spacious outdoor living areas.

Infrastructure

The community features landscaped gardens and green areas designed to provide privacy between the plots. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and parking area. Security is provided by 24-hour guards, CCTV surveillance throughout the community and key-card access. The architecture focuses on a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, with spacious layouts and expansive glazing.

Location

VIVE Phuket is located in Thep Krasattri, Thalang District, in the northern part of Phuket. Phuket International Airport is approximately 15–20 minutes away by car. Bang Tao and Laguna Phuket, Porto de Phuket, Villa Market Cherngtalay, international schools and other essential amenities are all within a short drive. Bang Tao and Layan beaches can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes by car.
